Yall! City Stages done sat up there and got The Roots on their line up. How could they? That means that City Stages and Bonnaroo are on the same weekend. What the crap?! Well Bonnaroo has the better line up hands down. Yet they are in Tennessee and its $250.00 for the whole 4 days (still not a bad deal considering all the great artists that will be there). But $250 at one time…Eww…that sets my teeth on edge. What to do, what to do hmm. I guess wait and see how May treats me. $250! Whew, but it means going to Tennessee too. Yay!, right?
I’d still want to go to Tennessee anyway later to visit. Plus that’s 2 days I’d have to take off of work. Not looking very good on the Bonnaroo side.

All I have to say is 250( & gas) vs 40 (& saving gas)....I think you know where I'm coming from and going....City Stages all the way in my book at least!
I will have to agree...thats 250 & gas & hotel, cause where you gonna sleep for those 4 days? I say stick with city stages and just look out for lower cost local concerts throught the year for the other artist that you wanted to see in TN. $50 per concert for 5 concerts over a year period is easier to swallow then $250 for one large concert....but thats just my opinion...
I am all up for a trip to Tennesse, but I can't afford 250+gas money+ hotel stay+ new outfits+ DRINKS because all of this= not being able to survive! I'm truely tired of being broke. But I know it will be worth it in the long run. So I say lets get the ball rolling for the Men-e-sse trip (aka "Lets go find husbands trip"), but not go to the concert.
